Our Flour

Three varieties. One ingredient each.

Soft White Wheat

Mild and slightly sweet. Perfect for pancakes, muffins, cookies, and quick breads. The everyday flour your family will reach for first.

Hard White Wheat

Neutral with a subtle nuttiness. The bread baker's flour — great for sandwich loaves, pizza dough, and rolls.

Einkorn

An ancient grain with a rich, buttery flavor and golden color. Beautiful for sourdough, flatbreads, and pasta. Many people who are wheat-sensitive find Einkorn easier to digest.

Freshness Promise

Once wheat berries are milled, the clock starts. The natural oils in the grain begin to oxidize, and nutrients start fading within days. That's why we don't mill until you order — and why we recommend storing your flour in the fridge or freezer when it arrives.

I started Tend to Table because this is how I already bake at home. I mill our flour fresh and make everything from scratch for our family — bread, pancakes, pizza, all of it. When we realized most people have never even heard of fresh-milled flour, let alone tasted it, we knew we had to share.
